The Worddy team has decided to launch the 2021 language study season in a trendy way, by inviting an influencer to spend 1 week in Malta in our partner school ESE. This is the talented Clementine M, a dancer, singer, and of course a great vlogger!
The objectives of this partnership were to discover the benefits of a language stay in Malta and to communicate on the offers and services of the innovative Worddy platform. It was also to share with its audience a detailed overview of an immersion abroad.
This collaboration was an opportunity for Clementine to discover Malta and the best addresses on the island. A program and addresses that we wanted to share with you, so that you can experience the Maltese dolce vita!
Language trip with Worddy
Clementine's language stay started on June 21 and ended on June 28, 2021, with general English language classes every morning in our partner school ESE, located in the heart of the island: St Julian's. With free afternoons, Clementine was able to participate in the leisure activities of her choice offered by the school or opt for activities proposed by Alice, from the Worddy marketing team. Alice was there to accompany her, manage her transfers and ensure the smooth running of her stay.
Collab's goal
One of the objectives of the collaboration was to present the different accommodations available on Worddy: host family, school residence, shared apartments, hotels, etc. That's why Clementine tested different accommodations during her week: she stayed in the shared apartments, in a shared flat for the first 3 days of the week, before going to the Salini Resort in the middle of the week.
The context
The shared apartment is a 10/15 minute walk from the school in the residential area of Is-Swieqi. While the Salini Resort is in the heart of the island, about 10 kilometers north of the school, Clementine had to take the shuttle to get to the school. Normally, the Salini Resort is reserved for Young Adults, a program dedicated to teenagers, and they usually take classes directly on site since the hotel has its own classrooms.

Monday, June 21:
- Morning: ESE school English class
- Afternoon: Clementine did her shopping and then rested at the 1926 beach club to recover from her trip.
- Evening: Aperitif at the Melounge bar in Spinola bay.
Tuesday, June 22:
- Morning: English class with ESE school
- Afternoon: Visit of Valletta with the ESE school
- Evening : Aperitif in the bars of Paceville
Wednesday, June 23:
- Morning: ESE English class
- Afternoon: Visit the Number 11 Hotel and chill out on the rooftop by the pool
Thursday, June 24:
- Morning: English class at ESE school
- Afternoon: Visit to Comino
Vendredi 25 juin:
- Morning: English class
- Lunch at the Salini Resort
- Afternoon: Visit to Mdina, Rabat, and swimming in Valletta
- End of the day: Visit of Valletta and its gardens
- Evening: Stroll and dinner in Valletta
Saturday, June 26:
Boat day on a catamaran sailboat.
Sunday, June 27:
- Morning : Chill at Salini Resort
- Afternoon : come back to France
